Default Need help with coupon order at Walgreens

Hey everyone. I am still learning this drugstore thing, especially Walgreens. I am reading conflicting things about in what order to give the cashier your coupons.
Some sites say to give the Manufacturers first, then the instant value coupon and others say to give your instant value store coupon first and THEN the manufacturers coupons..I need help and advise with what order to hand over my coupons!! thank you.

I always start with WAG's coupons first. If its a coupon in the ad to reduce the price to a specified price I always start there. Then if i have anymore WAG's coupons i do those. Then i move to the MF coupon. Just a preference as you never know if the WAG coupons are going to work as some of the october book ones are currently not. Then it gets a little complicated.

In my experience, if you give the wags coupons first, they count as a coupon towards your item total, if you turn them over after your RR they won't count.

Example, you have 2 RR's, 3 Manufactures coupons and 2 WAG's coupons, you can buy 5 items, if you use the RR's first then manufactures coupons, then wags coupons. If you turn over your WAGs coupons first, you will need 2 filler items for that purchase. Just my experience, had the issue last weekend, cashier had entered the wags coupon code as soon as he saw the item, then when he tried to scan my other coupons said I needed another item, but he agreed to rering my order the way I stated here, and it went through no problem. Like I said, just my experience.

I hand my mfg q's first, then the Wags q's and here is the reason.

There is a bottle of shave cream, for example, on sale with a Wags q for $.99... I also have a $1.00 Mfg q to go with it. If I give the Wags q first, the price is reduced but the register will beep when I give them the Mfg q because I'm trying to take a $1 off a $.99 price to get my item for free. Now, if I give the Mfg q first, the $1 comes off the $1.99 regular price (just guessing here), and then the Wags q will price adjust to the $.99 with no beeps, and the $1 q is already taken off, so I still get the item for free and quite possibly a penny towards my cart.
