Default rain checks?

i have a couple of questions... Can you use rain checks from one store at another store?
I have a rain check for the shower cleaner and it was 20.00 with a 10.00 rebate, that deal is no longer happening but how does my rain check work now? do i still get it for 10.00? This part of coupons is pretty confusing to me. can anyone help?

Hi ... I do not believe you can use a rain-check from one store at another store - I have never tried - I could be wrong ... let's see what others think/know Usually a rain-check is issued from a store, so you will return to that store, use your 'rain-check', and hopefully, you will buy more items while there = rain-checks make happy customers.

As for your current rain-check, how does it read? What does it exactly say? If it reads - shower cleaner 20.00, that is what you will be paying. As for the 10.00 rebate, is the rebate still available? If the rebate month ended in October, it has passed. *If you were not able to use the rain-check because your store did not have this item in stock, you could email/call customer service and explain your situation - maybe they will still allow the rebate ???

I actually asked Kroger in my hometown the other day to accept two rain checks for items from the Kroger in another town (actually a Payless) and they told me yes they would accept it. I don't know if this applies at all stores or if it is up to them. Just go in and ask if they will honor the rain check....worst they can say is no.
As far as the rebate, I agree to call and explain the situation and see what they say. They may surprise you! Good Luck.

I have used a rain check from one Walgreen's at a different Walgreen's. They didn't give me any problems at all doing it. HTH

I have checked my Wags and if it seems to be a "REALLY GOOD DEAL" they don't like to give the rain checks.

Also at CVS they will NOT give a rain check it there is extra bucks involved
I went Sunday at 10:00 am and they were already out of the Skin Revitalizer Was there Saturday night and it would not give the extra bucks since it was a 2 day deal
