St Ives Lotion RR Question

In this weeks ad it states: Buy 2 or more participating products, receive $4.00 in rigister rewards.
Then it shows St Ives Lotion BOGO Free $4.49

If I were to purchase 2 of the lotions, one being free due to the sale, would that qualify as purchasing 2 so that I could get the RR?

And then mathmatically the end cost of the 2 lotions would be .49 if I calculated the RR "savings" in this transaction and not in a future one.
