My first trip to Wags ended with nothing but frustration.

I've been reading about all the great deals you all are getting at Wags. So I load up the two kids and drive 12 miles coupons in hand to the nearest one. I get to the counter with my razors and shampoo and the manager tells me I can't use a coupon in conjunction with the ESR coupon. He flat out refused to let me. So I tell them to please put the razors back. Then he won't let me use both a bogo and a $1 off coupon on the shampoo. All and all I drove 24 miles with two children for nothing.

Maybe you can contact the regional manager and file a complaint.

oh that stinks. I just stacked my wags q's 2 razors and 2 flameless candels only paid $2 something and get back $3 total savings of around $30. I would be in trouble if they didnt let me stack here i only had trouble stacking at kmart

I do not understand why you couldn't do your transactions...this makes no sense to me. Sometimes I wonder if these managers know what the He!! they are talking about.

I went to Walgreens one time. They told me I could not use an ESR and a Manufacturers coupon....I left and haven't been back.

Both of those deals should be fine. I personally used an Easy Saver Q plus a ManQ this week. It is done ALL the time.

Please call their customer service number and explain nicely to them what happened. People do these deals without any problems. They need to contact this manager.

I'm sorry you had that experience - you did nothing wrong and you should have gotten two great deals.

I use a regular coupon and a ESC coupon all the time, I think you you should call the district manager because that sounds crazy to me.

Hello all, I to am new at this game and trying to figure out the stradigy. First off I've done quite well with my saving esp. getting the free stuff. I have to say though replying to this post that I had one Walgreens take all my cpns. and another would not let me use a 2 manu. cpn with a bogo item. she said her manager will not allow it. So I guess it just depends on the store. I think the more they realize how much money we're saving there gonna stop all this fun couponing. Love reading all your posts, I'm learning lots.

Thanks guys. I thought I was in the right but I wanted to check here before I made a big stink with corporate. The manager was the assistant manager and was insistant that I do call corporate and repeatedly told me his name for the call.

I just wondered if he was that sure of himself maybe I was wrong.
