by the way.. when i looked at my receipt she rang up the bogo last but she did have that confused look.. she might have done something special to do the free thing.. like i said.. she was very nice cashier.. i hope I get her more often

I was thrilled.. i actually went in expecting to pay 2.99 and walked out with them for free.. that is awesome!!!

Easy Saver Coupon in the WAGS Easy Saver booklet. There is a $3 off coupon in there. She got two shavers so when scanned would take $6 bucks off.

For those who don't know there is also a $2 MQ that can be used with these as well giving you overage with the deal.

You can use couponmom's database to find out which insert that BOGO coupon comes from. I cut mine out a while ago so I don't remember.

lucyrevenge gave a perfect explanation of how to do the deal. I've gotten 6 packs of those razors this week.

One word of caution, because I made this screw-up the first time: if you are getting the women's razors, please make sure they are the ones with the pink handles, not the purple. The purple ones rang up at regular price, not the sale price, and that took about 15 minutes to fix. Now they MIGHT ring up at $5.99 for you, but if they don't, that will be why. When I went back again, I decided to take no chances. Pink it was.

Congrats on the surprise free stuff! Free is fun no matter how you get it

I had a plan today. I had to travel 230 miles today for work so I decided I would do a little Walgreens hopping and see what happened. I hit 4 different stores for the free razor deal. Out of the 4--only 1 was a flawless transaction. At the others they were ringing up the wrong price. They were the right razors (Pink handle) but for whatever reason were not ringing up right. I was very proud of myself for asking and getting the cashiers to correct them. At 2 stores the managers got involved. Overall I have to say that everyone was very nice. I got no attitude at all.

Mine rang up like the example above, even if they got the $3 coupon first they still took $5.99 off for the BOGO.

So what do you get for 230 miles on the road, 9 BOGO coupons, 4 walgreens coupons and $8.18= 18 packs of razors!! YIPPIE!!

I went in for the razor deal and I was thinking they might be free since a few of you got yours for free, but my ended up being $2.49 for both.

Original Price was $8.49 each
-$6.00 ESC
-$8.49 MFQ

Total was $2.49

I was not going quibble over it, because I think it was right and the line was a mile long behind me. My cashier was as sweet as pie and thought that it pays to clip coupons when she saw my total after she scanned them!

My original total was $24.21 minus my Q's $5.72 OOP (that includes 2 boxes of Celestial tea) and I used my rebate GC to pay for it!
