All Halloween items----25 cents
I went into Walgreens today and they had 3 carts at the front of the store filled with all of the Halloween stuff that they didn't sell yet for 25 cents each.
They had paper plates, decorations, cupcake papers, tablecloths, some costume accessories and bags of candy. I got 4 bags of Reese's peanut butter cups for $1.00.

I have not stopped in Walgreens this week, I might just have to scope it out tomorrow.
