Default Comtrex - is it possible?

I saw this deal posted on several blogs now. Is it possible to use 2 Wags coupons on the same item? Or am I missing something here?

Comtrex (20 count) $5.99
Use the $1.50/1 manufacturer coupon from the 11/1SS
(this manufacturer coupon may be a higher value depending upon where you live)
Use the $3 coupon from the November coupon booklet
Plus, use the $2 coupon from the Healthy Savings Booklet
Final cost FREE + a $0.51 moneymaker!

Yes, it is possible. I had experiences with the Character Band-aid last month. If it's scanned, the cashier is ok with it.

It just doesn't seem like a deal that most cashiers would be willing to do, at least the stores I go to. Would love to hear from some CouponMomers that try this one.

I haven't tried it yet, but I did notice that the monthly Q book, in this case November, say they are manufacturer's Q that can only be redeemed at Walgreens so technically they aren't a walgreens Q in that they get reimbursed by the Manu. so they shouldn't have a problem with it. It seems it would be more like using an RR.
