Default Can you help me roll my RR's...Dove deal?

I am a veteran couponer and deal seeker, but haven't worked anything from Wags in a long time. In fact, I usually do the CVS deals.

I have a $9 RR from the Zantac deal last week that I would like to roll. My first instinct was to burn it on the Coke 12 packs priced at 4/$10.

On second thought, I think I should try to roll it on the Dove shampoo deal, and then roll it on the Halls, Robitussen, Beano and Chapstick.

Has anyone done the Dove shampoo deal that I read about on another site?

It is supposed to kick out a $10 RR if you buy enough Dove shampoo products.

It gets so confusing after a while....I have K-mart deals, CVS deals, Kroger deals, Meijer deals....and now Walgreens deals....shooting around in my head...and I am a veteran couponer!

Thanks!!!!!!

I also have many of the Zantac $9 rr to roll this week. I plan on rolling on the Dove deal. Here is what I am planning on trying tomorrow:

8 Dove shampoos or conditioners (BOGO) = $19.96
1 trial size j&j baby powder = $1.29
total $21.25

minus
8 - 1.50 MQ Dove
1 - $9 RR zantac

total .25 (before tax) OOP
rec $10 RR for Dove and $1 RR for j&j

Will let you know if all works out. My wags allows qs for each item on BOGO deals where some stores do not.

This is just what I needed!!!!

My MFQ's are for $1/1 shampoo and $1.50/1 conditioner. Looks like yours are different?

Is the baby powder a filler?

yes the Dove qs differ and you can use whatever combination you want - shampoos, conditioners, or styling products. I will be buying conditioner since that is what we use the most of. I use the powder as a filler and this month until 10/31, j&j powder is producing a $1 RR and this does work on the trial size.
Will advise tomorrow on how my trip comes out. Hopefully no problems and all RR produce.

Thanks for the info!

I just got done working this deal, and let me say this:

I had to have two filler items.

My dealio:

4 Dove Shampoos
4 Dove Conditioners
2 filler items

I tendered:

4 $1/1 Dove shampoos Q's
4 $1.50/1 Dove conditioners Q's
1 Halls Breeze $1 RR
1 Zantac $9 RR

The computer beeped like crazy, and would not accept any combination of the last two coupons, until I added the two filler items.

I had Mrs. Cranky Crankerson as a cashier, but had a good manager trying to over ride the computer to make the deal work.

I still got back $10 in RR!!!!!!

Again, the magic trick to this is two filler items, but I am guessing you would only need one if you used only one RR.

Glad to hear your deal worked out. I went this morning and purchased the 8 conditioners as planned. All went well (no beeps) and received both the $10 RR and the $1 RR. Will be going back later to get shampoos and/or more conditioners.
