I actually thought you had to have *more* items than coupons (and a RR counts as a coupon), but hopefully someone will clarify. So if you want to buy one item with a MQ and a RR, you would need to get a "filler" item or 2, depending on what the policy is, same number of items and coupons, or more items than coupons.
