Too many bad experiences has made me hate WAGS. I don't shop at CVS either. Just stick to Publix.

Clovis, I am kind of enjoying this poll and it will be interesting to see how the votes come in (from the redwood forests to the New York Islands). Walgreens had my business when they had the Easy Saver Rebate Program. I loved that program and then would also shop the store for other items that I needed. After that program ended it seems like the whole store and it's policies ended up as a waste. I tried the RR and felt like I got burned at the register and the employees could not explain it to me. It seems like the left hand does not know what the right is doing!!

I agree that the CVS ECB program is clearer and easier to participate. I do find that the workers at both WAGS near me are friendly, helpful and mostly coupon-friendly. One of them even has a billboard with coupons that you can take and use in their store! The store is usually well stocked.

My complaints are that the RR's don't always print out (it could be me buying the wrong size or flavor or whatever) and that they expire too quickly.

Overall, CVS is easier, but WAGS has some pretty good deals and helpful workers.

So far, I love it!! I haven't had a bad experience yet---although I have not been shopping there long. All the employees have treated me very well and they've been VERY friendly. I usually go when there are no crowds, the store's pretty much empty.

The poll results are interesting. I am enjoying it, and a bit surprised to see how the results are coming in.

I agree with others about the Rebate program. I shopped there all the time then, too. Anymore, I don't go unless it's a great deal. I've been to a lot of Wags, and there have only been two stores where the cashiers were friendly or would help me get the best deal. The RR are a joke. I'm just tired of the games Wags likes to play. It seems like corp doesn't care or else they would enforce the same policies at each store, instead of the stores making up a different policy every time you're in there.

Wags is to far for me so it has to be a really good deal. I wish the RRs were like money and not a mf coupon...that drives me nuts!!!
