Default Wags particularly nasty

Is it just me or does Wags seem more difficult than any other store for Qs? The cashiers are so mean it makes me upset. If coupons are totally legal and ok to use, why do they try to make us feel guilty/bad? We're not doing anything wrong.

I think its just the luck of the straw. I've had issues with CVS over the years....its like I wear a placard "treat me badly" when I'm that particular brand of store no matter where I am.

Wags on the other hand has had my loyalty over the years due to their friendliness and willingness to go out of the way to help....ie. when my son was in school in Charlotte, NC and I lived in Oviedo, FL and then Burlington, VT....they were willing to wait while he called and I gave them my credit card over the phone to pay for prescriptions and misc he needed. Also, I can count the number of times on one hand that I've had issues with coupons. CVS is almost as bad as Walmart.

Maybe we walk in with an attitude to these stores? I don't know. But like the Pepsi vs Coke issue everyone seems to have their preference.

hey vag, I should be able to drag one foot in the store with the face of Frankensteins bride and breath like a dragon and expect the same service as the queen of freakin england........please dont blame the victim, good customer service should not be limited to those that are both pleasing in speech and dress. ALL customers money is green, that should be the focus.Personal attitudes aside which generally have nothing to do with the generally brain dead cashiers. IMO

One would think so, yes.........but its not true. I can't explain it.....but the rudeness is why I didn't step into CVS for years...... The customer should be treated like royalty.......Frankenstein or not.......

Do they not have the same pool of applicants at both stores? So why is it that some of us have more issues with one over the other?

OMG you've seen me after a night of walking the boards with sleepless babies. And I thought no-one noticed!!

Hmmm, maybe I should be happy that thats not me when I've made an effort to dress up.....although the dragging foot is hard to lose

The Walgreens closest to me is like that too. They despise coupons! I only have one other Wags that is fairly close (15 miles away) so I try to go to that one as often as possible, although they arent much better actually! They are building a brand new Wags that is only 6 miles from my house...I cant wait!!! They've been building it forever though. (more than 6 mos) Just how long does it take to build a tiny drugstore!?
