Default Why even email Corporate!!

What is the point of even emailing Corporate if they are going to just send it right to the very Manager that has committed the ________ <insert bad act here>.

I don't want to talk to the very guy who just pee'd me off!!!!

There maybe CORPORATE will read that!

I know what you mean...on a different level. I had contacted Walgreens corporate about our local store and one across the state and the complete lack of merchandise in both stores that was in the sale flyer and why would that be the case if they weren't at some level operating a bate and switch scheme...so then they had the local store manager call me asking me what I was looking for....um..gee I am thinking they missed the point of the whole email.

My lastest one to Meijers is just cracking me up right now. I emailed Meijer corporate about why the west michigan meijers don't double coupons and was given a canned response of why meijers has discontinued their doubling of coupons because of the price drop campaign.....

ummm....really...Meijers has never double coupons in West Michigan in the 44 years I've been alive that I have been aware of...so how can you discontinue something you don't do?

...yeh....let's try not outsourcing customer service folks and actually ANSWER a question.

E-mail is useless in cases like this. Have to physically write a letter. That is always more of an attention grabber.
