I ran by my work WGS to grab some free Pringles & Mighty Dog and the Right Guard MM. I found a
great filler too-they've got some single-sleeve box crackers on clearance @ 25 cents.

Cheaper than the caramels.
Anyway, get to the cashier and she scans my items, then scans 1 $1. Pringle Q.,fine, second $1. Pringle Q, BEEP!

I fire up the recorded message I've told over and over again..."Please just adjust the can of Pringles to $1. and the register will accept the coupon-this is your WGS Corp. policy". "I can't do that." Well of course you can't, sweet heart, because your manager has failed to train you properly ( I say for the up-teenth time!!!) -in my head, not to her face.
Assist mgr. comes up, leaves for a few and returns to tell me it says on the Q-pon you can only use "1 per transaction". ALLLLLLLLLLLrighty then.
I explain to her I've been thru this identical routine in the very same store, very same cashier a few months ago and the Mgr.assured me she was going to re-train her cashiers to comply with Corp. policy.
Obviously, these 2 were on a Hawaiian holiday at the time.

Lunch is only so long for a working girl, so I play the game, do a 2nd trans and out the door. I call Corp. when I get back to the office...very apologetic, took all the info of my sorry tale & said someone will contact me.
2 hours later, Mrg.
does call me, apologetic once again, saying she will review their Corp. Q-pon policy with employees.
When will they ever get this right? At every WGS store? Geez.
