I can't believe it. The store manager called me to personally apologize for what happened! Then, told me he would have a $10 gift card waiting for me at the store. I went in to get it today, and the manager that was so rude was the person to give it to me. I think he remembered me because he still wasn't real friendly to me, or maybe that's just his attitude toward everyone.

I would be sure to let the company know thank you and BTW the manager still has issues........there are 20 people in line for his job and he needs to know it.........

They absolutely know that it's you that complained. I had to make a complaint against one of the cashiers at our Walgreens. She was over the top rude to me and caused them to loose business (the lady behind me in line just set her basket down and left because of it). So I complained and the manager called and let me know she had a "talk" ect. Now this cashier is flat out hostile when ever I see her in the store. I don't check with her unless there is no other option. The manager said one more complaint and she would be fired, well she is sure trying to get fired with her attitude (I'm not the only one who has complained).

Glad you got some resolution but don't expect things to change at all.
