I just went to WAGS and walked out without anything. My plan was to purchase: 1 J&J baby powder (1.99 - 1 Q), 2 Kellogg's cereal ($1.99 each - 2 $2 Qs), and 2 Pringles (.99 each - 1 $1/2 Q) - then use a $3 RR for the balance. That's 5 items and 5 Qs. They told me I couldn't use the $3 RR because the Pringles Q was for TWO products, so that counted on a Q for 2 products. Have you ever heard that one before? I walked out, taking my Qs with me.

Well, that's exactly what they did for me. I've NEVER had them count ONE coupon x2. Unbelievable. You are right, Frugal, it's just crazy when they seem to change the coupon rules as they go. I had wanted to avoid calling corporate, so I guess if at least 2 of you who responded quickly have had this experience as well, it must be their "new rule." It seems like just another way to keep us from using our RRs in time. I have to many, and I've got to get rid of them this week.
