I don't feel so bad splurging on this new product!! I didnt calculate the cost 15 cents a load is cheap. Just had to try it. My kids no longer have an excuse for not doing some washing! I thought I could get this product at a really good price I would definitely use it on a regular basis. I will stock up when Wags has it on sale. It will be so much easier to store this than all those containers of regular detergent.

I do the same thing. Same methodology works on my laser printer toner cartridge, too - keep shaking it to get as many prints as possible, despite the fact that the printer menu screen keeps telling me to change it. Get lots and lots of good prints, even though the toner is supposedly empty.

live4coupons, you might want to check into a continuous ink system (CIS) for your printer. they are getting rave reviews and you never have to buy another ink cartridge again.

Anyone know if these work for front loading washers?

Should I add Purex® Complete 3-in-1™ to the washer drum before adding water (and if so, how much water)?

Top-Loading Washer: Start washer, add Laundry Sheet, then add clothes. The amount of water used depends upon your load size and washing machine setting.

Front-Loading HE Washer: Add Laundry Sheet with clothes, start washer. The motion of the water as it enters the drum will activate the sheet.

Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Sheets has all the FAQs

I was having a sud warning every since I started using the Purex 3-1 in my Kenmore HE3 front loading washer. After 1 week my washer stop drainind all together. Washing was taken apart and we found 1 of the sheets stuck at the opening to the drain and 1 past the drain clogging the pump. maybe just my washer but I never had a problem before I used the sheets.

Default WARNING purex 3-1 for front loaders!

My frontloader stopped working and was giving error messages and I ended up having to unscrew and remove the bottom panel to find a drain that was plugged with baby socks! After removing the socks and having about 5 gallons of water drain on my floor it was fixed!

My sister started having the same type of error on another front loader so I told her about mine and they had to remove the back panel ( In a VERY tight space) and they found 6 purex sheets blocking the drain!. Hers also flooded when the removed the sheets. These small thin things somehow get sucked in somewhere and block the drains. I have to put the small socks and items into mesh bags to keep them from disappearing! I suppose you could also put the sheets in a mesh bag?

I haven't had any problems at all, but I got the Purex 3-1 HE detergent. Those have less detergent to work most effectively with the newer HE machines, so maybe that's your problem. Also, my son loves using these Purex sheets - he doesn't have to measure anything anymore.

This happened with my front loader as well. It sucked those sheets right in there. If this happens to you or someone you know, you really should call/email them to let them know....I did and they are doing more testing to see if there is a way to fix it, because it does seem to be happening a lot.
