They get you with the test strips. Around here if you are a diabetic a lot of times the doctor will you give you a meter free knowing you have to buy strips and some insurance companies will not pay for them. My mom is a diabetic and she would need about a bottle and a half of strips a month at $55 a bottle. It is like computer printers--you get them for little to nothing and then pay through the nose on ink refills.

I did get all my Wags rr straigtened out although the manager was not a happy camper. Also he pointed out a number to call on the expired meter rebates. When I called the recordiing said that the rebate period had been extended. So hopefully everyone will get their rebates.
