Problem with Feb Hershey bags rebate?

Hi guys! Looks like they've completed my Feb ESR processing, and it's finally showing most of the things that were previously missing. BUT, it's still not showing my $5 rebate on $10 of Hershey bagged candy. Now, I did buy it all as V-Day clearance, with coupons, so only about 12 cents a bag OOP, but before coupons, it did TOTAL over $10. Anyone else having a problem with it? I need to call them, but thought I'd check with the experts here first!

While I'm no expert, I bought enough Hershey's as well and it's not showing up for me either. I got mine on clearance for 50% off and a little for 75% off. Maybe the rebates are only good for non-clearance purchases?? I've submitted my February stuff and I did enter the Hershey's receipts, they just never showed up for the rebate.
