I personally have some issues with WAGS because of thier lack of a coupon policy or lack of consistancy. My dil has called to complain on a manager and of course who called her back HIM! Well he knows we will not hesitate to call and we now have very few promblems with him even call him by his name but he knows i would rather shop cvs which is across the street in our small town then his store due to some of his employees, they act like we are taking money from thier pockets when we use coupons and most of them are not trained to properely use coupons in thier system. Everytime we go into his store we have to call a manager up to the front becuase we have issues and I would rather not deal with the hassles.

Thanks for all your input. I told the manager I would send an email and tell them it was straightened out, but I'm really not happy with her calling me and questioning me, so I just politely said, thank you. I'm not writing to corporate and just let it be. I will not go back in that store again. I will go to another up the street if I need something when I am at work. You guys are fantastic. I love this site.....

I am also glad you wrote. Today I also had a cpn. prob at WAG. I was buying disco Deod. for my family and the prices WERE NOT Blacked out-came up sale price,but refused to take my cpns. The items WERE NOT Free so sould not have been a prob.
Cash. calls Mng. who says I can ONLY USE 1 Cpn. per trip.WHAT!!!
Where are they getting these Mangs??? This one needed to go back and take a class in math.

That's why I do not shop at Walgreens anymore. I am glad you took the time to write them. They should know what is going on. I have not shopped at Walgreens since I last talked to the dist. manager. I wanted her to know that I was unhappy and that I would no longer be shopping with them it was not worth the hassle anymore. Good for you. Let us know what they say.

I think it was a good move to write about your experience, but I'm shocked that they seem to have a corporate policy of sharing customers' personal infromation with local employees they have complained about. I'd be ticked off if I got such a call.

exactly.......what if it was some kinda nut? I wouldn't be happy with that at all! cuz if they have your phone #, they got your address.......not cool!
