The customer is looking for a mediator. Thus the whole reason for contacting customer service/corporate in the first place. Not for a relayed message setting up a one-on-one with the original offender.

I would be inclined to tell the person I thank you for calling but I have no interest in speaking to you as you had your chance to deal with this situation and did not.

I pretty much only do the Easy Saver Rebate progam with Wags. It is very hard to shop for RR and know how the deal will come out. Never the same way twice. You also need to be very careful with the ESR program. I have been at this for years and have a large stockpile so I can be a little more choosie. I think your letter is perfect and hereby promise that I will send a complaint whenever I have been treated wrong. I just had a terrible experience at Kroger and felt like I was talked down to. I am always very, very nice to the cashiers and expect them to do the same with me.

Received a phone call today from the manager at the store where I had problems. She asked for me to reiderate the story and then told me to come to pick up a $20 gift card and she'd give me credit for the Q's I was unable to use during my Sunday visit.

my CVS is good to me.....I give them q's (the cashiers) and they help me by not being picky and pointing out sales......I enjoy going there...with WAGS I never know whats going to happen and I can guarantee it will be SOMETHING..

Went it today to get my gift card and the mangager was very apologetic about everything. I feel better knowing that she has called in the people in question to have a meeting and will discuss with them proper communication with customers. I hope it helps but, to be on the safe side if I plan on shopping early Sundays i will go down the street untill this all blows over. I don't like getting people in trouble but even more thatn that i don't like be treated rudly. I feel that the cashier is just one of those people who may not get it, if you know what I mean.
