I used internet coupons yesterday at Wal-Mart with no problems

My Wal-Mart explained that they will no longer be accepting internet coupons that don't scan. The cashier was confused and at first told me they will no longer take any internet coupons at all....when I pressed the issue she got a CSM who said ONLY for those that don't scan.

If you have any problems, I'd ask to speak to a CSM.

The Wal-Mart I shop in the most REFUSED to take my Internet coupons 2 weeks ago. I was directed to Customer Service. I did go and talk to the Store Manager. She showed me a corporate e-mail that was dated 8/20/08 that said due to so many fraudulent coupons, they were not take them from a certain company anymore. My Wal-Mart has gone so far as to say they will not take ANY internet coupons. I am going to send an official complaint to the Corporate office since it does state on their web site that they will take them. I have now switched Wal-Mart stores....luckily, I have several to choose from!

Thank you so much, Luv2Save. I am printing that policy out and taking it with me next time, and if they try to tell me they don't take them I will ask for a manager and show them the official policy! Don't tell me it's a corporate thing if it isn't, I have evidence!

My walmart says if it scans they will take the printable coupon if not then they can't take it

I was told by my local walmart that they will take internet coupons as long as they scan. I just used them there on tuesday of this week with no trouble.

I have seen different prices in our 2 WalMarts in the same town! Found some great clearance items at the one so went to the other 30 min later. The same item was full price at store #2. I even scanned it to be sure.

I usually use the CouponMom list as a guide but check each stores local ad to verify the sale. Used 3 Qs for B1G1F Sierra Mist (IP) that I found on this site and they were all accepted yesterday at my Erie, PA WM. Yea!

About a month ago I printed off the coupons and Wal-Mart did take them. I had new coupons that I tried to use a few days ago and they will NOT take them. They have a picture of these coupons on their registers and they are saying they will not take the computer printed coupons. Tomorrow I am calling wal-mart and asking the manager. Then if he/she says no then I am writing the two mfg's of these coupons and see what happens.

Wal-Mart seems to the only chain around me to accept internet coupons these days. Here in Florida we have SweetBay and they definitely do not accept my handy printed coupons. So, I will be sticking to Wal-Mart.
