Default Walmart policy question: Do they price-match after ECBs/RRs, etc?

Hi all! I may have been totally mistaken. Does Walmart price-match after drugstore discounts like ECBs/RRs?

I guess not. At least that's what someone said on your other post.

This is what i like to call a YMMV ( your market may very) situation. My walmart will price match ecb's and rr prices as do the ones in Va Beach VA .
They explained to me that it's just like price matching MVP or VIC buys with Foodlion or Harris Teeter. HTH

I have heard in the past that some have pm'ed the price after ECB & RR but I have not had any luck in Houston. You might want to call a few stores ahead of time before heading out so your not wasting your time or gas.

My store has done it in the past, but I have been chewed out for posting regarding this issue. It's up to you whether you ask or not, and it seems to be up to the stores as to whether or not they will PM those. Good luck to you! Message me if you do it and what your results are, I have been afraid to even try since my post was removed from another forum.

My store would not match after ECBs. I tried to get CVS's Jif peanut butter PMd (2/$5 - 3ECB = $1 each). Nope. Even better would have been the Schick razor deal buy $20 get $10 ECB. That plus my BOGO coupon up to $13.99 would have meant basically free razors, but the manager said no way. Oh well.

One time awhile back, a cashier told me she was a price-matcher and couponer and she told me the price they matched was after those discounts. Then my most recent experience was with a cashier at the same store who wouldn't do it GRR! So I'm going to take my ads with me (even though they say I don't have to) and try again this Saturday morning. I will let ya know *fingers crossed*
