Default Central Ohio Walmart shoppers, can you help me?

I spent some time today going through the stores that I've been using more recently trying to get familiar with where things are, etc. CVS and Walgreens were no problem, but Walmart is stumping me. I've never been a Walmart shopper. In fact, despite the fact that there are 2 within a couple of miles of me, I've probably been inside them 2 or 3 times max before I started couponing. I'm still trying to get the feel of the store, but it is not laid out well (to me) and so I'm hoping that someone on here is from this area and can help me out. Is there a clearance area? If so, where the heck is it?

My store has a clearance isle. It is located in the seasonal section, next to the garden center. Clearance can also be found throughout the store. Walmarts vary a lot on clearance items and locations. I would just ask Customer Service at your store (or any employee) if they have a clearance section.

All of the Indy stores were laid out this way until about a week ago when they started re-arranging everything. They moved the clearence to the front of the store. I wouldn't be suprised if they started on ohio stores soon.

Thanks Bear! I swear today I couldn't find an employee in there to save my life and I don't know what was going on at the customer service counter, but the line was WAY longer than I had the patience for this afternoon. LOL!

Funny, I thought you might say that about Customer Service. The line is always long it seems. LOL

Why is the line for Customer Service at Walmart always so long? The Target at me seems just as busy but the cashiers seem to speed customers through the line. When I buy something at Target, I like the fact that I can return it within 90 days for whatever reason and that the Customer Service line will not be that long.
But whenever I go into Walmart, the lines are long and the Customer Service line has more than 25 people standing in it (backed all the way to the McDonalds which is busy enough) and only one employee working there???!!!

I have found that if you start knocking things off the shelf or start playing with their cash registers, people are all over the place, willing to help! Just sayin.....
