I would imagine in these instances, that the particular Walmart that says "we no longer...." is because they were somehow taken advantage of, and noticed it on an LP audit.
Hopefully, after their next audit, they will be able to revert back to using the coupons, but the time is given to shoo off the perpetrators. Make sense?

I couple years I ago, when I first started clipping coupons, I emailed walmart and asked about IPs. The first response I had said that they did, so I emailed back and told them the store said that they didn't to please advice the situation. I recv'd. a panic phone call the next day from the store manager who recv'd. a phone call from the VP of Walmart who instructed her to call me and welcome my ips. From that point on, I didn't have any problems. Now, of late I haven't been printing the ips b/c I forget to take them and now with all the problems it seems to be going on with them, I don't want to use them b/c I am a hothead and would probably get in trouble
Walmart needs a discount card- like Krogers, Martins, Food Lion and so on- and instead of printing coupons, just let it apply to the card. Hmmmm, I am emailing Walmart now. I will keep you posted.
