thanks for posting this! I got two 14 lb turkeys, for under $7 each. Also got 8 campbell's cream soups, 8 cents each after campbells soup printable. Scored 5 boxes au gratin potatoes for 35 cents each after printable q. It was worth the trip!

Went to Walmart yesterday...no big birds. In fact, the packages said 'hen' turkeys. They're always the small ones. I will be checking back sporadically for the big old Tom Turkeys! Will post here if I find any big ones.

My WM Neighborhood Market (the kind that's just a groc store) only had HUGE ones. I didn't get one b/c I knew I didn't have that kind of freezer space. Made me kind of sad. (Church does a collection of turkeys to give out but asks that you keep it in your freezer until the delivery day. I would SOOO do that if we had space.) So we're working on the freezer space issue, one frozen pizza or pack of chicken at a time.

Didn't I read on MSN that WM will be selling turkeys for $.40/lb this year? A turkey dinner for 8 could be bought for $20 and that's w/o any q's. Imagine the damage we could do with q's. This should get interesting.

I bought the turkeys the other night when they brought out the 60 cent/pound ones, but my brother got the 40 cent/ pound ones the next day but a different brand. Then I remembered that there was an IP for the honeysuckle white brand that I bought. I was kicking myself for not getting the lower price AND
for forgetting the coupon (I could have called my DD and had her print them for me, she was working 2 doors down!) just a duuhhh night for me, lol
