Default All You magazine

The All You magazine at Walmart is $2.49 an issue.
I thought that Walmart gave a 10% discount on all magazines.
I do not see any signs stating this but I thought I read that here.
The last 2 I bought I was charged the full $2.49 plus tax when the cashier scanned it.
What is the cheapest way to subscribe to this magazine to save money?

My Walmart charges $2.24, which I guess would be 10% off your $2.49 price. (didn't realize Walmart did this!) The ad cards in the magazine offer $2.24 per issue subscription price, which is the same as the Walmart price, so not worth it to me. I think I saw some forum posts offering subscriptions to AllYou, but didn't check the prices.....

I just bought the new November All You magazine and didn't look at the coupons before buying it. On the cover, it says "$49.00 worth of coupons".
Got it home and looked through it.
There are really none I can use.
Check it out before you buy it.

I don't recall what the value amount of coupons were for the November issue. I do get mine mailed to my home.
