OMG!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!! I am soooo mad right now!!!!
I went to Walmart tonight, I had Qs for -$6 off the Air Wick i-Motion which are on sale this week for $6.
The cashier was SUPER sweet but wanted to make sure that she had the transaction correct because she did not want to over charge me.
She called over the Customer Service "manager" who told me I was only allowed to use "one coupon per transaction". I told him that he was mistaken and that the Q states "one per purchase" and I am purchasing XX of the same item and using the same amount of Qs as items. He stated "well that would make them all free" I said "yes! and that is why I am buying them!" He then proceeds to tell me that I am wrong and it am only allowed one Q per item per transaction (which the Q does NOT state!).
He was obviously not understanding me. I nicely asked him for the customer service phone number and he said "That's me". I said "no... I want to speak with Walmart's corporate customer service" he stated again, "That would be me" VERY rude might I add! I said "sir, I know for a fact that YOU are not a customer service representative from CORPORATE and I would like to speak with them please" he said "let me call them to verify if what you are saying about these Qs is correct".
He comes back and tells me that I am indeed wrong and he will only accept one. I said "ok then, I will go ahead and do all these transactions separately" and he then tells me "That is fine as long as you leave and reenter the store after each purchase"

I said "ok JOHN, I would like the phone number to Walmart Customer service NOW" he grabs a piece of paper, and writes down 1-800-WALMART and hands it to me with a MAJOR attitude. My friend who was with me jumps on the ball "ok sir, what is your name? What is the store #? Your "title", and by the way you WILL be hearing about this!"
He was soooo smug and cocky at this point. We paid for my friends items and the cashier started apologizing over and over again stating he makes big deals like this all the time.
All I can say is for a customer service "manager", he sure needs some freaking training in the world of customer service!!!!!
