Default Anyone using the $5.00 frozen food coupon

Today is the last day to use the $5.00 coupon off $15.00 in frozen food.

A great way to use it?

If you have the Frozen Food coupon booklet from early March, there is a $9.99 Complete Meal deal on page 2 (this coupon expires on April 30th).

Buy 1 Safeway Select appetizer (8 ounces)
1 family size Lasagna (32--38 ounces) or 1 Skillet Meal (24 ounces)
    1 dessert (9--14.8 ounces)

Scan all items....total will come out to just over $15.00 with club card (some stores have lower prices so you may need to add one item to get it to $15.00 or just over that amount).

Scan the $5.00 frozen food coupon then scan the Meal Deal coupon.

Total of all 3 items should come out to $4.99 (or a little bit more).

I have done this 3 times already and will do it 2 more times today. I used self check-out and there were no beeps.

There are quite a few appetizers to choose from (rangoons, empanadas, etc.), a variety of lasagna flavors that feed 5 people (cheese, meat, Mexican) and loads of desserts (cream puffs, bread pudding, etc.)

I used this coupon on Sunday. Didn't get as great of a deal as that though (pretty decent though considering I am just starting out). I didn't start up couponing until the middle of this month, so I don't have that meal deal coupon.
