Help! Target Coupon Policy

I am wondering if the Target employees are misinterpreting their own written policy, specifically (from their website): "Target accepts one manufacturer coupon and one Target coupon for the same item."

Here's what recently happened: I sent my DH (yes, what WAS I thinking?!

with multiple CPNS to purchase multiple items of a like item. The clerk and the store manager told him that they are only allowed to accept one man. CPN and one store CPN PERIOD for the same brands. Huh? I thought that was strange. That would mean one CPN per visit.

Anyone else have this issue? Anyone able to get around it? Maybe have a clarification in writing? I want to do some deals at Target but it's not worth the gas if I can only buy one item.

The target employees were wrong. give T corp a call, tell them what happened and corp will call the store. Here is their # if you don't have it.
1-800-440-0680. I've called corp several times and there always seems to be someone there who can help you. Call corp from the store if you have too and put a stop to all the T employee BS!!! Amazing! You're not the only one who has been given a hard time at T. It seems most of us have; Welcome to the club!!
