Default Annoyed with Target

I rarely go to Target and today i remembered why. I had 3 of the Free glade 2 oz soy candle coupons and 2 candles to go with them. They expire in 2 days and there were about 20 on the shelf. The cashier told me that the policy was to only accept one coupon! WHAT! I argued with her and she agreed with me but that was store policy. Are you kidding me? ONE coupon, that is silly, I was not clearing the shelves or anything with 3 candles. So I told her to take them off my bill and left.

I carry the Target coupon policy with me... I always have a problem with my Target. Corporate always says it's one coupon per item, not per purchase! So annoying. I'm sorry that happened to you.

Ahhhhhh, what the heck is wrong with Target employees?!?!?!
Carry a copy of the q policy w you at all times and they still insist you're wrong call corp right then and there. They will surely straighten out the mess. They've even told me to go to the Customer Service desk and use the red phone. I would go back to T, get the candles, call corp right before getting in line and find out who the manager on duty is at the time. Guaranteed you will get your candles. I had a young cashier try and give me a hard time last week by saying the same thing. Didn't work. Stand your ground when you know you'r right.

Default What is up withTarget???

The same thing happened to me yesterday when I went to buy St. Ives product. I bought 3 face scrubs and the cashier told me she could only accept one q. She cited the coupon and said it was one per purchase as in one per visit to the cashier. WHAT? I had to breakup my purchases in groups of three because I also had 15 Smart Ones and 3 qs for $1/5. I always thought it was one q per item purchased. I never had this happen anywhere else. I hate using qs at Target
