Free grocery bag at Stop&Shop

I am in Ct. and received an email that I could get a free reusable grocery bag through the end of Jan. Simply tell cashier you received an email, they ring up the bag and you get a credit of 99Cents at the end of your order. My S&S also gives back 5cents for each bag you re-use and they give you the 5Cents on your free bag as well.
