Success Brown Rice

Check out if your store has the Success Brown Rice Boil in Bag's with the $1.00 peelies. Brown rice is well worth the switch if you can re-educate your palate from the white stuff. I've seen the $1 peelies regularly now, and we really rely on the brown boil-in-bag rice around here. I won't go back to white rice now.

Also, the American Cheese is $2.99 at the deli. You can freeze this, too.

I bought the Chef Boyardee deal for $25 get $10 back. The cans are $1 each. They have many new kinds of pasta-in-a-can, some with whole grain now, too. We'll keep it on hand for quick lunches, now that DD is due home from college next week...like preparing for the locusts...

Honestly, I don't see a huge amount of deals this week for me at Shaw's, but I have my list ready to go.

Just did my shopping, no peelies on the rice, and it wasn't on sale.

Oh well. Did get a few other peelies on some other items, so did pretty well.
