I agree, coffee is so expensive. My budget is going to be in trouble this month. I need to stock up on coffee, meat and pet food.

I have gotten some sweet deals on coffee recently.

Target has the Peets coffee on sale for $10.99 a bag. When you buy 2, you get a $5.00 Target gift card. There was $3.00 coupons online last week. I got 2 bags, paid $15.99 for the 2 bags (after coupons) and got the $5.00 gift card. So it was like a BOGO deal or $5.50 a bag!

Target also has the Seattles Best for $6.04 a bag. There were $1.50 mfr. coupons in one of the inserts a few weeks ago. So that makes them $4.54 a bag!

Vons/Safeway had the Starbucks bags on sale for $8.99 each and you got a $5.00 Catalina gift card when you bought 2 bags. I used two $1.50 mfr. coupons and got them for $7.49 each along with the $5.00 Catalina. That worked out to be $5.00 a bag. When the bag is empty, I get a free Tall Coffee at Starbucks.
I also did this deal with the Starbucks Via and Iced coffee packets. I had $2.00 coupons for them and got the $5.00 Catalina gift card back.

I think I am well stocked up with coffee for a few weeks, at least.

I bought Folgers when it was really cheap at Walgreens and my boyfriend HATED it. He said it was too weak and tasted old. I had gotten 3 containers and gave 2 of them to a friend that is unemployed.
Ever since then, it is the one item that I will spend a little bit of money on. If I have less than 2 bags, I start worrying about running out and start searching for the best deals.

After this response I guess I did get a great deal on the coffee. Its only for DH's work after all.

We bought Aldi coffee last time (both decaf and regular). I believe that the brand name is Beaumont. It's actually quite good. I drink lots of coffee and am always looking for a bargain price on it. That said, though, there was a restaurant up north that had the best coffee I've ever tasted. At the time, I didn't feel comfortable asking them what brand it was. And now the restaurant has gone out of business, and I never will know.

I think it is a new record. No shopping for 4 days in a row. I have been much to busy with the kitchen remodel.

    Kroger

    1 Reynolds Slow Cooker Bags $2.99 - $1 IP = $1.99
    2 HealthyLife Bread $1.39 - $.35 MQ Db = $0.69 Great Deal!
    1 Schwebels Buns $2.29
    4 Half Gallons Milk $1.25
    tax $0.28
    Total OOP $13.64
Emergency run this morning because I needed the slow cooker liners and plasticware as no sink and DH "cooking" because I had to work. Tried a new recipe in the slow cooker, I hope it turned out OK. I saw some great deals so I had to go back on my way to work.

If you need more of the Reynolds slow cooker liners, Target has them for $1.99.....so 99 cents after the $1.00 coupon.

Where did you get the Santa Cruz lemonade coupons? My store has plenty of them on clearance for $1.00.

I knew that was not a good price on the liners. I do need more. Thanks for the tip. I was going to check Walmart.

The Santa Cruz coupons are on Mambo Sprouts.
