Default My Kroger deals....

I have been shopping Kroger all week and so far have spent: $28.85 since last Thursday. I have saved 279.31 and gotten a total of 143 items.

I did 9 separate transactions. Carnation Evaporated milk for free in each transaction. All coupons that I had for Playtex gloves (about 8 pair at least) free, plus some were $1.00 MM cause if you bought two, you got a cat for $1.00 off any playtex gloves.
Krusteaz pancake mix was .41 each after doubled coupons, if you bought 2, you got $1.00 cat back OYNO.
Halls, were free after .35 doubled coupons, actually a MM. Some other things that I got:
Bumblebee tuna
Swiss Miss was a great deal.
Kellogg's AppleJacks were $1.19 after the $1.00 blinkie coupon found in most Kroger stores. I bought several boxes of those and also $.75 off yogurt All Bran from an IP.
Cheez-its are also cheap.
I can't remember what else.

I still have enough coupons to do 4 more transactions between now and next week.

Anyway, just thought I'd share with you some of the other good deals in the Megaevent. I started couponing last year at this time and went crazy, I use the evaporated milk in soups and biscuits & gravy.

WOW
Great shopping. I too am enjoying the Mega event sales. I went crazy over the tuna last week. I think I ended up with 30 or 40 packs for the price of maybe 10 of them. Had lots of Q's that were $1/2 which made them .50 ea.

I'm hoping to score on the Ricola's tonight when I go. Buy one and get Wild Berry free plus I think I have some $$ off Q's.

Happy shopping

Actually if it was the same as mine, the Tuna was .49 after the mega sale, so you got the tuna free. Also, good luck with the Ricola, at ours all the Ricola was .50 after the mega event, but the Berry was $1.69 after the event.

great savings! I too love the kroger event, but our stores do not offer double coupons, so we have to be happy with what we do have.

I have been to Kroger's several times over the last 2 weeks, but here is my last run (all coupons doubled to $0.99):

16 Carnation Evap Milk $0.49 - $0.50/2 MQ = $0.01 MM ea
4 LOL Marg $1.29 - $0.40/2 MQ = $0.89 ea
10 Riccola $0.50 - $1.00/2 TP = FREE
10 Platex Living Gloves $1.00 - $1.00 MQ = FREE
6 Scotch Tape Doughnuts $1.00 - $0.50 MQ = FREE
4 Keebler Cookies $0.99 - $1.50/2 IP = $0.24 ea
18 Propel $0.49 No coupons
2 Nestle Choc Chips $1.99 - $0.50 MQ = $0.99 ea
2 (4 pack) Ground Chuck Patties Manger Special = $2.41
1 Whole Leg of Lamb on sale $4.99/lb = $24.18
1 Loaf Whole Wheat Bread $1.29

Total OOP $45.91
Total Savings $174.35 = 79%

What do I do with my savings? Spend it all on a Whole Leg of Lamb, yumm. We always try to buy a Leg of Lamb around the Holidays. Usually good for 3 meals. Day one, Roasted with Garlic and Rosemary. Day two, Gyros. Day 3 Sheppards pie.

I have been to Kroger EVERY day this week. My local Krogers are tripling up to .99 to compete with Harris Teeter triples. This combined with the Mega sale deals have made some great trips.

Today I got $63 worth of groceries for $10.32, and almost $4 of that was tax.
4 Free Kotex tampons 18 count, Mega sale $2, used .75x3= .25 in overage
4 hostess cupcakes, 1.88 (4 day sale), used .50x3=.38 each
2 Free Magic erasers 2.19 each using a .75x3=2.25, .06 in overage
1 Free Starkist tuna, used .50 IPx3 1.50 off, .25 in overage
4 Duncan Hines Cake mix 10/10, used .55/2, tripled to 1.65, .17 each
2 Duncan Hines Frosting Mega sale 3/5, used .55/2, tripled to 1.65, .84 each (realized now that this wasn't the best deal, the cake mix was much better)
2 Coffeemate creamer 1.99, used .50x3, .50 each
1 Lean pockets breakfast 2.31 used .75x3, .06 each (would have bought 4 more, but only had one left)
3 Cape Cod Potatoe chips 2.50, used .55x3=1.65 off, .84 each (original price on these is 3.69)
4 swiss miss hot chocolate .49 each (no coupon, mega sale)

Yesterday, I got 4 Free Steamfresh veggies, (4).75 Digornio Flatbread Pizza,
(4) .12 Welch's refrigerated juice, (3) .14 sunny delight smoothies, (3) .69 Viva paper towels, (8) .06 Martha White muffin mix, (3) Free Starkisk tuna salad

I did get a lot of "JUNK Food" but the chips, hot chocolate and hostess treats will be going to school for my students. I teach special ed to students with developmental disabilities.

We don't get doubles or triples at K-mart, so I was so thankful that we got triples at Harris Teeter and Kroger this week!!!!

[QUOTE=Kristinemomof3;213940]I have been shopping Kroger all week and so far have spent: $28.85 since last Thursday. I have saved 279.31 and gotten a total of 143 items.

Krusteaz pancake mix was .41 each after doubled coupons, if you bought 2, you got $1.00 cat back OYNO.

I bought a couple of the pancake mixes today one buttermilk one blueberry. No cat. What gives? Anyone know the date it was supposed to run? Maybe a regional thing?
