OK I couldn't wait so I improvised my own chicken corn chowder, it was very good. Almadee for pot pie, I use a can of cream of chicken soup, a can of milk, chopped onion/celery, carrots, corn, leftover roast chicken, 2 bay leaves, salt/pepper, and a pillsbury pie crust. Sometimes instead of the soup I make a sauce from flour/butter, then add broth and heavy cream. I also do not put a bottom crust, it just comes out mushy. I use a pie plate or individual ramekins, and bake at 375 about 20-30 minutes until crust is done. You can also top it with pillsbury biscuits instead of crust.
