78% savings - my best ever!
Hit the mega sale at Kroger yesterday. Finally a good one with stuff I can use! Plus, I bought a deep freezer yesterday, so I have a place to put everything! (side note: got a 5 cub. ft. freeze4r - don't need a lot of space for now - for $150 at Lowe's after the 10% off post office coupon)
I got:
1 Promise spread
15 cans Del Monte Tomatoes
4 boxes I can't Believe It's Not Butter baking sticks
2 bags Bird's Eye frozen veggies
2 bags of Chex Mix
2 boxes of Cheez-Its
2 packs of Bumble Bee Tuna
2 boxes Uncle Ben's Rice
1 dozen eggs
3 packs of Reach floss (they were $1 and I had $1 Qs, but not part of the mega sale: stocking stuffers!)
1 bunch asparagus
1 bunch bananas
2 lbs of apples
1 can of oatmeal
$0.25 bag credit
$15 of the mega sale
coupons for everything except the eggs, produce, and oatmeal
Total: $76.60
Savings: $59.29 (78%)
OOP: $17.31!!
