DH success/freebie
He is so happy. LOL. he makes fun of me for couponing and getting samples. But this time I got to make fun of him.
It's monday "trash day" DH goes to work and see a TV on the side of the road for the trash guy to get. When he comes home for lunch the TV is still there. So he walks in his eye bugging out of his head he looks at me and says can I get it? I'm like get what. The tv? He said yeah. I'm like I have to give you premission. LOL
He goes to get the tv in the car. Not realizing how big it is. It doesn't fit. He can't lift it on his own. He though it was a 36 in it wasn't. These 2 girls walk out they said it didn't work but if he wanted it he could have it. (A tv on the side of the road that doesn't work who would have thaught)
So he stop some strange with a truck, this man helps him load it and helps him get it into the house. when he gets it in I'm like that a BIG TV he said I KNOW, I'M SO HAPPY.
Anyways he said the girls said it didn't work But i'll fix it. He plugs in and guess what IT WORKED!!!!!!! the color is off on it really bad but the picture is clear. SO the TV doesn't have a remote or a menu button on the TV so we are dealing with the funny color, but it's ok.
The TV is a Sony 50" flat screen TV . I have to get a new remote not a big deal. but over all it was a great deal. It was FREE!!!!!!!!! and DH has been bragging all week about it. go figure!
Its not like we needed a new tv we have 3, he just wanted a bigger one and with 1 income we can't afford it, but when it's free who can pass it up.
So I'm watch a tv with funny color people.
