    Default Regular Prices scare me

I was at Safeway yesterday and the cashier didn't have a line and was very efficient. He was done ringing everything up and it was $127+ and I had a mini panic attack for about 3 seconds. I realized I hadn't scanned my Safeway card yet and after I did the total started dropping. With coupons it was $55.62 plus $10.00 back on my next frozen purchase. I felt so much better.

It's a scary thing stepping outside your door every day.

I KNOW! What makes me laugh on the inside is actually how much the new Safeway system makes it seem like Vegas when you scan your card now.

It''s almost as suspenseful as the weigh-in on the Biggest Loser! The way the register ticks down you savings little by little. I think it's so funny!

Oh yeah! I'm in Tacoma too! Nice to meet you! Maybe we could all meet up someday and swap tips. Better not go shopping together though! That would be downright dangerous for the retailers.
