I do not usually go to Safeway unless they are having a really good sale or their q's in their flyer are exceptionally good that week. This week they are having a meat sale. Chicken breasts, thighs, legs and quarters are .99/lb. Ground beef is pretty cheap 1.49-2.25/lb depending on what % fat it is. Turkey and cornish hens .99/lb and good prices on ribs. I am going to stock up tomorrow. Also getting the .99 butter and cheap duracell batteries.
