I found the blinkie box with $1.00 off any One coupons that expire 3/31/09 and used one for a box. I've never tried this brand before so I only got one box.
The blinkie coupons can't be doubled so I paid $1.99 for one box or Baby Reds mashed potatoes. I usually get Idahoan or Hungry Jack. I'm still pretty stocked up with mashed potatoes so I'll try this brand and keep watching for a better sale somewhere so I can use up a few more of these blinkie coupons.

I paid $6.49 at Costco for a 40 serving (8 pouches) of Yukon golds Chunky Mashed Potatoes. Followed the directions, measured ingredients.
They were terrible, no texture at all and not much flavor. Even if they're giving them away for free, save you energy. They're not worth your time.

Thanks that's good to know. I still haven't tried them yet and only bought one box. I don't shop at Costco anymore so I'm really glad I didn't get that large package like you did.
