Where are all the No. California Safeway shoppers?

Is anyone having success with their shopping and couponing at Safeway? I have been able to use ecoupons, paper mfg q's and safeway store coupons for the same item. Last week I also used 2 $3RR from Walgreens at Safeway--no beeps or hassles!

I have had a lot of success shopping at Safeway. I concentrated on stocking up on granola bars this past week, and did the Starbucks/Floral deal, too. Also combined the in ad Q for Planters peanuts with Nabisco booklet $1MQ for .99 jars of peanuts. Some good produce prices this week. I'm in WA state, actually, but since the last NW post was in April, I thought I'd stay on this thread! An awesome deal this week is Swy Select hummus is on sale for 2.50. Use a $1 Safeway Q from the Grillin' booklet (find it by meats/seafood) for $1.50 each. i would love to see more activity on this thread!

Ah ha! Real people! I stopped posting a while ago since I was lonely over here. Looks like a great deal this week on bell peppers. I think I'll get some and slice them up and freeze them for future crockpot fajitas.

YAY! Another live person! I will be doing the same with the peppers. Another good deal is the Mission Flour Burrito Tortillas. They are 1.79 with the in-ad, plus .75 Q from 8/1 SS = 1.04 per package. Not a bad price.
