Make A Muscle Coupon Booklet...???

I understand these booklets are supposed to be out at Safeway Stores for the sale that started today. I am assuming Randall's will be included. Has anyone found this booklet yet? I went to Randall's this afternoon and looked everywhere!!! I found the Grillin booklet in front of the seafood department. I found the old dairy booklets that expired 7/31...but I couldn't locate the Make A Muscle booklet...if you found it, WHERE was it located inside the store???

It was in a big display at the front of the store. I've looked for more and can't find them anymore.
