Accoring to Business Wire 10/31 and according to Safeway's website they are doubling the Power Pump rewards for all gift card purchases until 12/25.
That means- purchase $100 worth of giftcards (over 300 to chose from) (it can be multiple gift cards that equal to $100) and get $0.20 cents Power Pump reward. (doubled from $0.10)

The Power Pump reward saves you $0.20 per gallon of gas you get. You can accumulate rewards and use your $0.60 rewards (for example) to get that amount off per gallon of gas.
