    Default RA question

I just starting going to RA and want to do the $10 off $30 P&G Products by buying 5 packs of Bounty paper towels. If I go to the store and they don't have 5 packs (very small stores in my area) can I buy what's available and then go to another store to get the remainder and still get the $10 off? I'm assuming since they have a card to track purchases it works like CVS and the answer is yes but just confirming.

    Thanks in advance.

I am going to go out on a limb and say yes to this. Just a few weeks ago they had a thing where you had to by $X of Arm & Hammer products (BOGO that week) to get a $10 up reward. I made the purchases over several days at a couple stores, and it all added up.

Generally speaking, RA tracks the larger deals where shoppers might reach the amount over multiple transactions, so this deal should track. However, despite the card, not all deals track--the smaller ones in particular don't.

Speaking of Rite Aid, I was in mine Sunday and the cashier asked me if anyone had told me that they could swap an item if they were out of the item, example they were out of the blistex cold and allery that is on sale for 1.49 with 1.49 reward, she just traded it for a different kind of blistex and then punched it in like I had a coupon for 1.49. She also asked me if I had heard anything about Rite Aid changing their coupon policy where you couldn't use a coupon on clearence items, some other cashier had told her this and she hadn't heard anything about it. I haven't herard anything about it either, I told her that the coupon site I visit is usually lite up like a Christmas tree when someone changes their policy { hahaha}.

UPDATE - I went to RA tonight and fortunately they had enough Bounty for me to do my deal but they had to go in the backroom and get 2 for me cause there was only 3 on the shelf. I asked the Shift Supervisor if I bought the 3, could I go to another RA and buy the remaining 2 and still get the deal and she and a cashier both shook their heads and said, "No, it has to be in one purchase." I must have looked so bummed that she then she offered to go check in the backroom...it all worked out.

Also the deal I got was pretty good: 5 Bounty Basic 8-pack @ $6 each = $30. Used five $1 off coupons (couponmom listed the coupon at .25 cents but my coupon in MI was $1/1) and got the $10 UPs to it ended up being 5 for $15 or $3 a pack. I also had $10 in UPs to make it even cheaper.
