    Default Am I the only one???

    Am I the only one who absolutely can't stand RA's new Coupon Policy?
    OMG!!!!
    For the first time in over a year after shopping at the same RA several times a week my coupons were scrutinized and a couple refused because of this now new stupid coupon policy!!!! The Asst. Mgr actually seperated and spread all my coupons out on the counter and grabbed the 3 page policy and read and re-read each paragraph a couple times. WOW!!! All that and the only thing I got were 4 Dixie plates, 6 yoohoos, clearance revlon eyeshadow, and 4 Suave body washes. He tried to give me back several q's but took them back when I informed him that that particular item wasn't a bogo sale that only the Dixie is. It seems I will be shopping less and less at RA now. Or, at least doing more seperate transactions. So frustrated!!

    At least they knew that had a new coupon policy and are using it....unlike Walmart which took almost a month for stores and managers to get on board. Or Walgreens who has cashiers and managers still not know their own coupon policy.
    As far as Rite Aid, I got the $3.00 off $15.00 survey at the bottom of my reciept last week. When I filled it out, I expressed my disappointment in the new policy and stated my reasons.

    I've never shopped at RA but I can tell you Walgreens has lost me. I was a customer before I couponed, prescriptions filled there and everything...not anymore. You're right, they don't know what their policies are.

    I am so ticked about it. I got most of my great deals using 2 coupons for bogo's. Next survey I get I am complaining!
