RiteAid coupon policy?

Does anyone know Rite Aid's coupon policy? Especially on their BOGO items? I wanted to buy the Purex Crystals this week that were BOGO, and I have $2 coupons on one. I know I can use the coupon on the one I buy, but can I use another to get the free one? Is their BOGO simply half price on each item, or is it truly BOGO free? I checked their site and there's nothing on their about a coupon policy.

Even tho on their policy 2 coupons on BOGO is allowed, the cashier at my local rite aid will not let me use them, she also wont let me use
a BOGO coupon in conjunction with a BOGO sale which is also allowed in the policy.
