    Default Winter Reward Issue

    Just got back from Rite-Aid & did 2 transactions of what should have been over $100 of qualifying products to get the $20+Up Winter Reward. My first transaction's receipt says "You have purchased $76.79 of the $100 toward your $20 Reward" My next transaction had a $31.99 qualifying product & that receipt says "You have purchased $31.99 of the $100 toward your $20 Reward," which makes it appear that mine didn't track for some reason. Anyone else had this issue? I'm contacting customer service in the morning.

    Thats one of the biggest problems with doing multiple transactions. There is a 10 minute lag (the company claims) before the system accounts for your points. So if you do one transaction after another, its not going to have had time to process to get the coupon on your second reciept. I imagine the system knew you ahd the previous transaction but had not "finalized" the points.

    Thanks, RA1! That makes sense. I may just go buy a candy bar or something then & see if that triggers it.

    Maybe you can check the Rite Aid website to make sure all totals are included now for your rewards?
