On the +UP reward that is tied to $100 purchase, does the $100 have to be in one purchase or will it accumulate?

it can be multiple transactions. When you buy a buy and save product it will show on the bottom of your receipt ( after your ups print ) how much you have to the $100 award

Yes, it is cumulative. Just make sure you use your Rite Aid Wellness Card in every transaction since that is the way it is tracked in the system. You can also use your phone # that you used to register just in case you don't have your card. Alikat316 is right. Just look at the bottom of each receipt to track your progress.
