Don't understand the resolution rewards

Could anyone help with this. I've been couponing for years but pretty new to RA. How are the resolution rewards tallied. I thought it was off the original price from one purchase I made but then didn't get anything off the next purchases.

Here goes:

But I only have $26.98 total rewards. Do they take off the up rewards ? the first day went off the reg price. I never paid attention before and I thought I would be alot closer to the $100 but i guess not

Only certain items count toward the Resolution Reward. Do you have the list? I used the list a lot to pick out what to buy. Check their website.
