Well you can look at it two ways:
#1 If you have extra cash/credit then yes I would say you are missing out. With the RA scr you have to pay for the item in the store and submit your receipt information on line or through US Mail. I use a credit card (only for scr) and usually after Q's I make money on my rebate when I request it at the end of the rebate period (1 Month). I then pay off my credit card and have extra money to Q shop with. Some months are better than others. Plus they have promotions like the Winter Savings Rebate where they keep track of your purchases that you submit via SCR and you can get back up to 20.00 in a certificate to spend at RA.

#2 If you don't have access to cash or CC then I would say that you are better off to shop at CVS and Wags where you are rewarded right away.

It seems that very often all 3 stores put the same items on rebate/rewards/ecb. Of course there are some variations.

    Just my opinion. Happy Holidays!

very good point pscom you do need the cash up front, but the checks do come faster than a normal rebate. typically I get mine within 2 wks, 3 at most.
Correct me if I wrong but you could somewhat roll it?
I don't do wags or cvs, it scares me I'll lose or forget about the rrs or won't find something to spend it on that I need, b/c it has to be on sale or free or I can't buy it!

I agree you are missing out. I throughly work out deals with fillers to where I pay almost nothing (sometimes nothing) with cash, and then make more than I paid, and get free/cheap stuff besides!!! RA has $5/$25 out Constantly, so if you have some freebies coupon the $5 would be on anything you want. With a scr+ coupons + $5/$25 you can try some new things for free. If you want some starters scenarios for next to nothing, feel free to PM me, I would love to help you out. FYI, even if you don't have diabetes, keep ALL coupons for diabetes meters. They are awesome fillers. They are on sale for 29.99 constantly, use a $30 coupons (you can buy on ebay, if you don't have any, they are from Sunday inserts) and use a $5/$25 coupon (which are printable and right now, they are PDF so you can print as may as you want) on whatever you want. You can donate the meters. Also always get at least 5 sunday papers, which you can always use your CVS ECB to pay for them

Also there is Rite Aid Video Values. You watch videos online and print out coupons. They show you the coupons before you print, so you know what you are getting. You only have a chance to print once though. The coupons change each month, on the first. You can combine Rite Aid coupons with manufacturer coupons.

Anyway I have a lot of good scenarios each week, so feel free to contact me I can get you started.

Today I did 3 transactions and paid $10 total. I got 2 soy glade candles, 1 febreze candle, 6 wet and wild lip glosses, 2 olay body washes, 2 olay lotions, 2 wet and wild nail polishes, 2 carefree pantyliners (I will say this was a store only grand opening sale, B1G1Free), gillette razor, 1 flintstone vitamins (got a free coupon in the mail), 2 nail file packs (again bogo at my store). Now I have to say this wasn't even a very god week. Last week, I got probably $300 worth of stuff and paid at the most $20. RA is good, but you have ot have the patience and now the rules. I have a printout I keep with me at all times, since I have had problems in teh past. by the way, I got my gift of savings already up to $100 (did that on saturday and only Saturday LOL) and I have a single check rebate coming for $5 for November and a free pack of huggies diapers voucher. Doesn't seem like much but it will once you see what you get for free and then get $$ back. today's purchases will get me $2 SCR, not much but a good start to the month

Yes and RA will cash your scr check for you. If you hold the cash for use at RA only then it would be like having ECB or RR and you could make it grow each month if you use the RA Q's and M Q's. The first month would be the most difficult if you are strapped for cash.
RA scr checks do usually arrive within 2-3 weeks.

As for Wags and CVS, I keep a $1 plastic Coupon organizer for the RR and ECB. I check them a few times a week for exp dates. I paper clip my CVS card to the ECB so I don't mix those cvs q's up with my ECB because I too would overlook them and end up losing out.

I am the same way about it has to be free or almost free for me to get the item and I have had really good luck rolling my RR and ECB by watching this forum about repeating the great deals others have found.

I would so love for you to post what you purchased and which Q's you used. It sounds like you have a really good sense of how to use Q's to your advantage. With the Winter Savings Program it could really benefit all of us to see how you figured out this awesome savings on different products. PLEASEEEEE!

I usually don't have this many FREE coupons, just got lucky and used them up this week. I usually only use sunday coupon inserts and IPs. But maybe these idea will help someone put something together! Last week, I used Bayer diabetes meters as filler, and made out well. I always buy ike 5 newspapers, I use ECB at CVS for that.
